Making plates for letterpress from photopolymer plates
This workshop will show you how to create letterpress printing plates from film negatives and photopolymer plates. The text will be set using Adobe InDesign or Photoshop software, and then printed to inkjet film. The film negative must be very opaque. Photopolymer plates can be made that have both line art and text on the one plate. The plates can be printed in black or in colour.
One-day workshop 10am-5pm. Workshop fee includes gst, vegetarian lunch and materials kit. Maximum 4 people.
